Locality Pay 2024 Schedule. This table lists all of the opm's 2024 locality pay areas, along with the percentage increase in pay associated with each locality. This consists of a general schedule (gs) base pay increase of 4.7% and a 2024 gs locality pay increase of 0.5%.
